I'm Alive... you know, in case anyone was wondering...
My profs are slavedrivers. Let's just get that out in the open before I start making excuses.
I do apologize to anyone who cares for not updating. I am very sorry. My schedule recently is not exactly conducive to comic-drawing/writing, though. Most of the artwork I have time to do is traditional stuff (i.e. Concept Design homework). Sigh.
Part one of my "Express Yourself!" comic is done. Part two (or possibly three) will be to the Police's "Roxanne".

Expressing Myself
Next summer I will be attending the Portland Rock 'n' Roll Camp for Girls. On the application, it says I have to Express Myself in some creative way. This latest page is the first of six. It is most effective when listened to with the proper music.

Sorcery 101
Well, Christmas is over. *WHEEZE* I haven't gotten a decent night's sleep for... well, a few days, but it feels like much longer. The update today is my finished Sorcery 101 fan!contest entry. Maybe I'll finish my one of Seth before the deadline...
Anyway, I wanted to make the characters realistic and I adore the way it came out. I did it in PSP9 with the Oil Paint tool, which I'd never used before, but am now arse over elbows in love with. It makes me happy.

Updates Ahoy!
Imagine my surprise today when I thought "I'll look at the stats, just for fun. Maybe once I finish my entry for the Sorcery 101 contest (and if I win, that is) I'll get more traffic" and lo! and behold! Two new comments and actual RATINGS! Plato must attract more people (read "one") than I thought.
But I digress, for all I haven't even mentioned the main purpose of this post yet. What I've come to say is that, due to having more than a MONTH off (I love college!), I will update more frequently. I'm hoping once a week, for about five weeks. Then I start classes again. But, I'll have the same English prof (who the as-of-yet unnamed professor is based off of) so we can expect more of that. But this time it'll be about Thomas Mann instead of Plato. Whimper.
